David's practice primarily focuses on business law. He has developed a strong expertise in transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate law. David assists the firm’s clients in public and private financings as well as equity investments. In addition, David is well known for his reputation in mining law.
David was called to the Quebec Bar in 1975. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree at Loyola College (now Concordia University) and degrees in Civil and Common Law at McGill University.
David is fluent in both French and English.
