David Crevier was born in Montreal, Quebec. David obtained a bachelor of arts at Loyola College (now Concordia University) and degrees in civil and common law at McGill University. He is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1975. His practice is focused mainly on business and securities law, particularly mergers, corporate reorganisations, public and private financing and equity investment.
