David J. Dropsy practices civil and corporate law and commercial litigation. After collegial studies at Collège Stanislas, David received his law degree in 2002 from the University of Montreal. Over the years, David has developed a clientele of small and medium businesses, providing corporate and commercial legal services including incorporations, various forms of contracts and agreements, commercial litigation, corporate reorganisations, and mergers and acquisitions. David also advises corporations from France who wish to expand their businesses into Québec and Canada. David is currently President of the Young Business People of the French Chamber of Commerce in Canada and serves on the boards of directors of various organizations and working groups.
