Katherine Peacocke was called to the Quebec Bar in 1984 and to the Ontario Bar in 1990. After collegiate studies in Commerce at John Abbott College, she obtained her BCL (civil law) and LLB (common law) from McGill University in 1983. Previously assistant general counsel of one of Canada's largest companies, she practices business law specializing in the purchase and sale of businesses, financing, bankruptcy and insolvency, and commercial real estate.
