Michel G. Hudon has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1968. He represents clients in various economic sectors, capital market intermediaries, national and international governmental agencies in matters, notably and the establishment, acquisition and sale of businesses, public and private financings, and with respect to the listing of companies on stock exchanges. He has also been involved in issues pertaining to First Nations and in matters dealing with capacity building and good governance issues in connection with projects financed by international financial institutions.
