Philippe’s practice focuses primarily on information technology law. He specializes in computer law, Internet law, e-commerce, telecommunication law, data protection and real estate law, Philippe has developed a practice in civil, commercial and administrative litigation where he regularly pleads before the before the Quebec judicial and administrative tribunals. Philippe is frequently invited to speak at conferences on matters related to information technology law. He is in fact a member of the Canadian IT Law Association (IT.Can).
Philippe was called to the Québec Bar in 1987. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Civil Law from Laval University and a Master degree in Law from University of Montreal.
Philippe is fluent in both English and French.
