Steven’s practice focuses mainly on civil, commercial, administrative and banking litigation, bankruptcy law and labor law. He advises clients on numerous other subjects such as the purchase and sale of businesses and corporate organization. He also acts for lenders and borrowers with respect to the enforcement of security, as well as for creditors, debtors and trustees in bankruptcy on various insolvency-related issues. Steven frequently appears before the Quebec Court and the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Quebec.
Steven was called to the Quebec Bar in 2006. He obtained a Licentiate in Civil Law from University of Sherbrooke and a Bachelor degree in Political Sciences with a major in Law from Concordia University.
Steven is fluent in English, Italian and French.
